This is a hand-knotted, 100% Ghazni wool rug with antique distressing.
Made in Pakistan.
This rug is inspired by the Indonesian ‘mengikat’ or ikat technique of resist-dyeing yarns before they are woven into fabric, resulting in unique and blurred designs. We wanted to create a subtle take of the design using deep teal blues and pops of mustards and olives.
Lead time is 16 weeks.
